My call is dropped frequently. How can I avoid this?
The Beam requires that you have a stable internet connection as a Pilot (we suggest a bandwidth of at least 2 mbps down and support up to 3.5 mbps up). The Beam you are controlling should also have access to a similar bandwidth (1 mbps down, 2 mbps up) and have a strong WiFi connection throughout the whole space in which it is operated.

My metrics seem to always be in the red. What can I do to fix this?
You can try the following:

Disable or pause any passive syncing programs on your machine (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud services).

Connect your computer to the internet using an ethernet cable if possible.

If you’re using wireless, ensure your signal is strong and not on a crowded wireless channel. Check your wireless router settings and try using a WiFi analyzer tool.

Make sure you are not downloading large files or streaming high bandwidth audio/video, as these can adversely affect your connection.
