Something looks wrong with my Beam software graphics. What could be wrong?

Please ensure that you meet the minimum system requirements and that your graphics card drivers are up to date. See below on how to update your graphics drivers are up to date. If you are still having problems with graphics, please contact Suitable support.

On Windows

Find and follow instructions for updating your graphics drivers at your graphics card manufacturer’s website:

To determine your graphics card vendor and specific graphics card, open the DirectX Diagnostic tool. You can do this by typing “dxdiag” at the Start menu.

Go to Apple button (top left corner) > Software Updates…

Check that all software is up to date.

My modifier keys in Parallels are not working. What could be the problem?
